MUST pay at least 50% of the cost upfront. Full payments upfront are fine.
I may decline a commission as I see fit, though this most likely will not be the case unless it contains:
NSFW​ (sexual acts, fetishes, and gore)
Ecchi drawings that don't reach the NSFW stated above, but are meant to emphasize certain parts of the body that have been historically and commonly sexualized (i.e. nipple protrusion, breasts, butts, and thighs).
Furry
Mecha
Elderly
NFT work
While most commissions outside of this will be accepted, I may also decline commissions that lean towards sexy designs (think any VShojo designs except nyanners, ShyLily, FGO Kama, FGO Raikou).​
At least one visual reference must be provided. The more visual references, the better. Written text composed of bullet points and straight/to-the-point statements is very helpful.
Some recommended references if you do not have a reference of your character are poses and clothes they would wear.​
Most commissions will go up on my social media and this site unless you specifically request otherwise for any reason. The exception to this is any commissioned Genshin Impact art, which will not be uploaded to any of my socials or portfolio whatsoever, but regular reposting permissions as outlined below under Usage and Rights are still the same.
Details and Pricing
Comsission Types:
Chibi - ​$40
Bust - $60
Half Body - $120
Male pictures may take longer than usual, due to not really drawing them that much.
Backgrounds will be simple and won't have too much detail.
All prices are in USD.​
The price and time needed to complete for other work outside of the above will vary based on complexity.
Any artworks made for commercial use are triple the price of a personal commission. I do not count use of my artwork for socials such as Twitch, Twitter, and Youtube (besides emotes) as commercial work, I count that as personal.
Process

I will either send you my paypal or my cashapp will be sent to you once we have discussed everything about your commission.
Once a payment has been confirmed, a sketch will be sent in a week to finalize the details before any linearting or coloring can begin.
It will take another week to finish the work and at this point I will contact you to make any minor adjustments (ex. skin color touch ups, changing brightness/contrast). I also expect you to pay the other half of the payment if you have not already any time after the sketch confirmation as well as upon finalization.
Corrections:
If you need me to make corrections on your commission, you have three free alterations upon showing the finished sketch and three free adjustments upon finalizing the work. Any further corrections on either phase will incur a $10 fee. Any major corrections after the sketching phase (ex. can you change the placement of the arm, can you change the pose) will result in a $50 fee regardless of how many free alterations you have.

Refunds and Cancellation:
If you or I decide to cancel the commission, I will refund you based on progress I have made on the commission.
You will be refunded all the money you have currently given if I have not started your commission or have not worked on your commission to the point where I have started drawing in the details or drawing the hair (whichever comes first).
You will be refunded 50% of what you have given if I have progressed passed the above bullet point.
You will not be refunded if I have sent you the finished sketch.

Usage and Rights
The client has the right to repost the artwork with a watermark, as well as use the artwork for social media profile pictures and headers.
The client, does not have the right to edit the artwork unless you have a reason and have my express permission. Resizes are fine. However, under no circumstance can you edit the watermark out of the artwork.
The client may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial use.
All artwork commissioned are provided a simple background version and a transparent version unless the work involves interacting with the scenery.
As the artist, I retain the rights to the artworks that I have made and may include the artwork in products that I have in the future. If you would not like me to reproduce your commission in any form such as artbooks, just let me know, no fee required.
I do not have the rights to any copyright characters.
